Katie Holmes was spotted doing some shopping with daughter Suri in New York. This is the third time we have spotted Katie in these blue ombre Frankie B. jeans. I think she looks a bit drab in this outfit and the color of her flats only adds a weirdness to the look. I think Katie can do a lot better with the styling of these jeans. It looks like she has worn these more than we have blogged about. They look to be stretched out quite a bit.
